2. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee
New subscribers to Replyo are offered a 30-day money-back guarantee. If, for any reason, you're unsatisfied with our service during your first 30 days, you can request a full refund. This guarantee applies to both monthly and yearly subscription plans, provided the request is made within the initial 30 days of the first purchase.
3. Monthly Subscriptions
We act as a Data Controller for your data.
- For monthly subscription renewals, refunds are not provided. You can cancel your subscription, and you won't be charged for the subsequent months.
- If you decide to cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, you will have access to the service until the end of that monthly billing cycle, after which your subscription will end.
4. Yearly Subscriptions
After the initial 30-day period:
- If you choose to cancel your yearly subscription, no refunds will be provided for the unused months. However, your subscription will remain active until the end of the yearly billing cycle.
